What actually goes wrong with inventory and ERP software

We collected 2,324 public reviews of 19 systems and coded every complaint. Five-star reviews turned out to be roughly six times more likely to have been requested by the vendor than one-star reviews, and 75% of complaints were about the relationship rather than the software.

Method, failed hypotheses and a hand-audited 89% coding precision are published on the page. The dataset is ours and nobody else has counted this.

What we cannot show you yet

Most agencies fill this gap with something invented. Here is the actual position instead.

  • Public customer reviews

    We do not have them. Rather than seed a review platform with something arranged, there is nothing here until real customers write real ones.

  • Named clients and customer quotes

    Every build documented here is a live commercial relationship and we do not have written consent to name anyone. Consent first, then the name goes on.

  • Before-and-after percentages

    Nothing documented here has launched, so there is no measured after. We capture a baseline at day zero and re-measure after launch, and until that has run its course any figure would be fiction.

If that costs us a deal against someone showing confident numbers, so be it. You can check every claim on this page in about ten minutes, which is rather the point.
