OpsMavix builds owned operations systems and full ERP solutions for UK product businesses. The price is fixed before the build starts, you own the result, and nobody bills you per user afterwards. Most clients land in the Growth System band.

Bands are the honest range for that shape of system. The Gap Analysis turns the band into one fixed number, in writing, before anything is built. No client under £3k: below that a spreadsheet fix is the right answer and we will say so.

Five-year total cost
Your seats, your prices, five years out
Subscription platforms bill per user per month, forever, and the price rises with the team. An owned build is paid once plus hosting you pay Cloudflare directly. Put your own numbers in; we have not pre-loaded anyone's price list.
The calculator does not include your staff time, rework, or the cost of the second and third tools a subscription usually needs alongside it. Those tend to widen the gap, not close it.
Questions we get on price
Why bands and not a price list?
Because every system is built around one business. The band tells you the order of magnitude before the first call; the Gap Analysis turns it into a fixed number you can hold us to.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Unlimited users at no extra cost. Adding the Saturday helper or the new packer costs nothing.
What do we keep paying after launch?
Your own Cloudflare hosting, typically tens of pounds a month, paid directly to Cloudflare. OpsMavix charges nothing ongoing unless you choose Control Care.
Can we start small?
Yes. The Control Pilot fixes one workflow in 30 days at a fixed price. It is built as the first module of the larger system, so nothing is thrown away.
Is VAT added?
OPSMAVIX LTD does not add VAT to these prices.
What about the £100k ERP quotes we have had?
Mid-market ERP licences plus implementation commonly run into six figures over a few years once seats, modules and consultant days are counted. Use the calculator on this page with the quote you were given and compare.
