How is this different from off-the-shelf software or an ERP?
Off-the-shelf tools give you a place to put information, but you still move it, check it and chase it. A full ERP gives you 100 features, a big bill and months of setup. The Core System sits in the middle: we build the one part you need into a working system, built around how your business runs, so the system does that work. You own it outright, instead of renting a generic tool per user every month.
Do we own what you build, or rent it?
You own it outright. The system, the data and the hosting run on your own standard cloud account. No per-seat licence and no compulsory monthly fee, so adding people later doesn't push the cost up. Optional support is there if you want it, but it's never a condition of using what you paid for.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, that's the whole point. We start with the one part that's costing you now. It may connect to systems you already use, improve what runs between them, or replace only the piece that's broken. We confirm the right approach on the free Fit Call.
What if we grow and need more later?
We build onto what you already have: inventory, orders, purchasing, warehouse, CRM, finance, automation, all the way up to a full tailored ERP if that's where you end up. Nothing gets thrown away and you don't pay twice for the same foundation. You add what you need, when you need it.
How does payment work, and are there hidden costs?
The price is a fixed £4,950. You pay 50% to start and the final 50% only when we demonstrate the system doing what we agreed. Any third-party licences or connector charges outside the written scope are disclosed before we start. New requirements are optional changes, never hidden additions.
What if our process is a bit unusual?
Good, that's usually why the generic tools didn't fit. We start from your actual process, your requirements and real scenarios. We don't assume a generic workflow is right. The aim is to keep what works and fix what's costing you time, money or headaches.
What if an outside platform limits the integration?
We review what's possible and any known limits before we confirm. The guarantee can't cover a third-party platform that withdraws or blocks required access, but we'll explain the dependency and the alternatives up front.
What does support cost after launch?
Your first 2 months of full 24/7 Control Care come included free with the Core System. After that, questions and simple things are always free (no clock, no contract), and Control Care is optional at £300/month, rolling. Full breakdown in the “After launch” section above.
How quickly can we start?
Start dates depend on fit, access and current capacity. The free Fit Call tells you whether the Core System is right and what needs to be ready before we book a start date.
