Terms of Service

Last updated 10 June 2026

These terms govern your use of opsmavix.com and set out the basis on which OpsMavix (“we”, “us”) provides its services. By using the site or registering through it, you accept these terms.

Registered company name, number and address to be confirmed and inserted here before launch.

About us

OpsMavix builds custom operations systems for growing businesses. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Registering and enquiries

Registering or contacting us does not create any obligation on either side to enter a contract. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate. When you register we email you a link to choose a date and time for your call, which we then confirm; on that call we discuss your operation. Any engagement begins only when set out in a separate written agreement.

Our services

We provide a service — designing, building and launching custom internal systems for operations such as inventory, orders, production, approvals and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with you. That document, once signed, governs the project and takes precedence over general statements on this site.

Pricing

Any price ranges shown on this site are indicative, to help you understand typical investment levels. They are not an offer or a binding quote. The price for your project is the fixed figure set out in your written proposal, agreed before any build work starts.

Our guarantee

We stand behind our delivery: we deliver the scope agreed in your proposal, or we make it right. This is a delivery commitment. It is not a guarantee of any particular business, financial or commercial outcome, which depends on factors outside our control.

Ownership of what we build

Subject to full payment and to the terms of your project agreement, the custom system we deliver to you is yours to own and run — no lock-in. Third-party tools, libraries and services used within it remain subject to their own licences. The content, design and code of this website itself remain the property of OpsMavix.

Third-party tools and links

Our work and this site may connect to or reference third-party services (for example accounting, eCommerce or payment tools). We are not responsible for those services or their content; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The website is provided “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to a paid project is governed by the agreement for that project.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
