This policy explains how OpsMavix (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit opsmavix.com, register through our form, or contact us. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Who we are
OpsMavix builds custom operations systems for growing businesses. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email [email protected].

What we collect
- Details you give us when you register or get in touch — first name, surname, email address, phone number, your website (optional), a description of the operational problem you want to solve, and whether you opt in to our newsletter.
- Communications — the content of emails, calls, SMS and messages between us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and (where active) advertising measurement.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies” below.
How and why we use it

Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers (processors) to run our business. Each only processes your data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
- Close — our CRM, where your registration and our communications are stored, and through which calls and SMS are handled.
- Resend — sending transactional and (with consent) marketing email.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only when our advertising is active.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to handle your enquiry, run any project, and meet legal and accounting requirements. If you register but we never work together, we delete or anonymise your details when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Marketing & opt-out
We only send marketing email if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it, reply STOP to any marketing SMS, or email us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about a project you have with us.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. When our advertising is active, we may use measurement cookies and similar technologies (for example a Meta pixel) only with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act quickly if anything goes wrong.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
