Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases from OpsMavix. OpsMavix is a trading name of Safety Tech Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Albania and based in Tirana. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] before buying.

How payments are processed

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which may vary depending on the method you choose (for example card, bank transfer or an online payment service). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the same provider, and any provider fees are handled on our side. Your payment is also subject to the relevant provider’s own terms.

Digital products and subscriptions

For digital products, plans and subscriptions bought online:

  • 14-day refund window. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described or you are not satisfied, provided it has not been substantially used or downloaded in full.
  • Subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time in the current period unless required by law.
  • Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date.

Custom projects and services

Custom build work — designing, building and launching operations systems — is governed by the written proposal or statement of work you sign with us. Because this work is bespoke and resourced specifically for you:

  • Deposits secure your slot and cover work scheduled and started on your behalf; once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, our delivery commitment applies — we make it right, as set out in your agreement and our Terms of Service.
  • Refund terms specific to a project, if any, are those stated in that project’s signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page for that project.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your order or invoice details and what you’d like to do. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
