DRAWING NO. OPS·ECM·01 SHEET 1 / 1 REV. A

Your stock, synced
across every channel.

When stock lives in Shopify, a marketplace and a spreadsheet, the numbers drift and you oversell the moment a channel falls behind. We draft ecommerce inventory automation around how you actually sell — one live stock figure across every channel, fulfilment on one screen, low-stock flagged early.

Scoped before you commit. Connects to Shopify · Xero · your suppliers. Live in weeks.

SECTION 02

Where stock quietly drifts.

eCommerce stock pain rarely announces itself — it’s the oversold order you only see after it ships. Logged here, the way a fulfilment lead would.

  1. 01 Shopify stock mismatch The number in Shopify and the number on the shelf stop agreeing, and nobody knows which is right. UNRESOLVED
  2. 02 Overselling Two channels both sell the last unit because neither knows the other moved it. UNRESOLVED
  3. 03 Manual fulfilment Orders get picked from screenshots and copy-pasted notes instead of one clear queue. UNRESOLVED
  4. 04 Returns not tracked A returned item sits in limbo — not back in stock, not refunded, not counted. UNRESOLVED
  5. 05 Supplier stock not synced You promise stock you don’t have because the supplier feed lives in an inbox. UNRESOLVED
  6. 06 Juggling channels Every extra sales channel is one more place stock can quietly go wrong. UNRESOLVED
SECTION 03 · TOLERANCE

Too messy for spreadsheets.
Too lean for heavyweight software.

There’s a band between a whiteboard and a year-long rollout. We build for exactly that band — a system sized to the business you run now, drafted to how your team already works instead of forcing it onto someone else’s template.

SECTION 04 · SPECIFICATION

What we draft into one system.

Three outcomes, each replacing a stack of manual workarounds. Sold as a result, built around how your store already sells.

OUT-01

One stock figure, everywhere

Live stock synced across Shopify and every channel, so a sale anywhere updates the count instantly and the same unit can’t sell twice.

Replaces: manual stock updates · per-channel spreadsheets · guesswork

OUT-02

Fulfilment on one screen

A fulfilment dashboard with every order in one queue and low-stock alerts before a line goes dark.

Replaces: screenshots · copy-paste notes · "check the inbox"

OUT-03

Returns and suppliers, handled

A returns workflow that puts stock back where it belongs and a supplier feed that keeps your available count honest.

Replaces: limbo returns · inbox supplier lists · manual reorders

SECTION 05 · AS-IS / TO-BE

Same last unit. One drawing apart.

AS-IS · NO SYSTEM

Your last unit sits listed on Shopify and a marketplace at once. Both sell it within the hour. One customer gets the item, the other gets an apology — and a manual refund nobody logged.

Oversold
TO-BE · WITH OPSMAVIX

The sale on the marketplace drops the Shopify count to zero the same second. The listing closes itself, the fulfilment queue shows one clean order, and nothing oversells.

Channels in sync
SECTION 06 · BILL OF SCOPE

Three build sizes. Fixed scope.

Pick the band you’re in — the exact number lands in your plan before anything gets built.

A Starter Fix $3k–$10k Shopify stock sync across your channels with low-stock alerts.
B Growth System $10k–$25k Stock sync, a fulfilment dashboard and a returns workflow.
C Operations Platform $25k+ A connected store system across channels, fulfilment, returns and suppliers.
See which band fits you No clients under $3k. Delivery guaranteed, not promised.
SECTION 07 · NOTES

Drafting notes.

N01Do we replace Shopify?
No. We connect to Shopify and build around it. Your storefront, checkout and orders stay exactly where they are — we sync stock across your channels and add the fulfilment, returns and reporting Shopify alone doesn’t give you.
N02Isn’t a Shopify app enough for this?
Often, yes — until suppliers, a warehouse, custom fulfilment or real reporting are involved. We build for stores where the apps have run out of road and the stock still doesn’t line up.
N03Do we have to drop our other sales channels?
No. The point is to keep them. We pull every channel into one live stock figure so adding a channel stops meaning one more place stock can go wrong.
N04What does it cost?
Most ecommerce builds land between $3k and $25k+, fixed-scope. You get the exact number in your plan before you commit to building anything.
