BatchLane Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the BatchLane browser extension handles data. It covers the extension itself — separate from the OpsMavix website privacy policy, which governs opsmavix.com. BatchLane is published by OPSMAVIX LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17297500), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Short version: BatchLane runs inside your own ChatGPT tab. Your prompts, conversations and generated images stay on your device — they are never sent to OpsMavix. The only thing that leaves your browser is a licence key, checked against our server so paid features unlock.
What BatchLane stores on your device
- Your settings — batch size, the fresh-chat reset interval, and file-naming preferences.
- Your licence key — so paid features stay unlocked between sessions.
This is held locally in your browser's extension storage. It is not shared with third parties.
What BatchLane sends off your device
- Licence validation — your licence key is sent to api.opsmavix.com to confirm it is valid and unlock paid features. No browsing data, prompt text, conversation content or images are included in that request.
- ChatGPT itself — the extension operates the ChatGPT tab you already have open. Your prompts and generated images are processed by ChatGPT (OpenAI) exactly as they would be if you typed them yourself, under OpenAI's own privacy policy. BatchLane does not add any extra recipient.
What BatchLane never collects
- It does not read, store or transmit your ChatGPT conversations, prompts or generated images to OpsMavix.
- It does not collect your browsing history, the other tabs or sites you visit, your location, or your contacts.
- It does not use trackers or advertising cookies inside the extension.
Generated images are downloaded straight to your own computer's Downloads folder. They do not pass through any OpsMavix server.
Why the extension needs each permission

Payments
If you buy a BatchLane licence, the payment is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, under Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not store your full card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the licence key associated with it.
Data sharing & sale
We do not sell your data. We do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to run the service (our own licence server and Stripe for payment), and never for advertising, creditworthiness or lending.
International transfers
Some providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Settings and your licence key stay on your device until you remove the extension or clear its storage. Your purchase and licence record are kept as long as needed to support your licence and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how we use your data, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
